How does your refund policy work?

We will refund items with no physical damage within the first 2 weeks from the date of sale. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all refunded items. The original invoice received must be presented in order to provide any refunds.

How do I exchange my product?

Any item with no physical damage can be exchanged within 2 weeks from the date of sale for an item of equal or greater value. The original invoice received must be presented in order to provide any exchange.

How do I get warranty for my item?

We take pride in our warranties. We stand behind our product and we want our valued customers to be fully satisfied. All products come with full one year warranty from date of purchase. We will replace your item with the same or something of equivalent. The original invoice must be presented in order to provide any warranties.
All plasma televisions have 6 months warranty.
